POSITION SUMMARY

The primary role of the sales associate is to present & sell appropriate product solutions to our B2B and B2C clients. A sales associate creates sales opportunities by prospecting, following up on leads, performing cold calls, qualifying opportunities, and solving our clients’ problems. In order to be successful in this role, a sales associate will need to develop an understanding of our sales process and products, and also demonstrate superb interpersonal skills.

We have a turnkey sales process. We provide new sales associates all of our sales operations manuals and sales scripts during on-boarding. Then we train new sales associates on all of the processes. Base salary is $36,000 + an amazing commission program with clear opportunities for advancement.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Effectively collaborate with the sales team, engineers, and our partner’s product managers to obtain accurate information of application usage and system operations
  • Maximize sales opportunities by continually prospecting for new clients
  • Develop a complete understanding of our products and industry
  • Perform a minimum of 120 daily outbound phone calls
  • Meet daily key performance indicators and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets
  • Develop strong relationships with clients
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required); Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1yr of experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Position may require travel: Up to 10%
